I have been an educator in the area of Memphis, TN which is where I have lived most of my life. I have two children. One son and one daughter and my daughter happens to be a 9th grader who I happen to tutor quite a bit. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and shopping.
Experience
My experience with being a great Math tutor comes from all of my years of experience as an educator. As a teacher, I always participated in the after school tutoring program for students that needed enrichment in Math and Reading. I've also tutored yearly in the Summer School Program with students ranging in grades Kindergarten to 8th grade as well as created a daily schedule to work with students throughout the day as an Interventionist.
