I am a huge mathematics nerd and sports fanatic. I grew up in the midwest, worked in Boston, MA, and moved out to Los Angeles while working for a public accounting firm. Since moving to Los Angeles, I have changed careers and am now working as a high school Mathematics and Computer Science Teacher. I am also the Athletic Director at our local charter high school. In my free time, I love spending time with my newborn baby boy, fixing up my house, and watching/playing sports. My undergraduate degrees are in Mathematics and Accounting from Michigan State University. I also have a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Accounting from Northeastern University and a Masters in Education, Secondary Mathematics Credential from Claremont Graduate University.
Experience
I have a Masters in Education, Secondary Mathematics and have taught middle school and high school math as a teacher the last 5 years. Additionally, while a college student, I tutored a number of student athletes in various college mathematics courses.
