Samuel P - Online Math Tutor
Hello there! Thank you for visiting my page! I am a licensed (MA) high school math teacher with a Master's Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. I have 4 years of teaching experience and 9 years of tutoring experience. I have tutored students ranging from ages 8 to 22. I am currently finishing the school year using a distance learning model (so I have plenty of experience working remotely). I received my Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Oberlin College, and my Masters from Boston University. I LOVE talking math with students, my favorite part is when I see the gears in my students' heads turn. I live for that moment when math finally clicks for someone I am helping. I am a fun loving teacher. I keep math interesting and tell corny math jokes during sessions. After almost every session I hear, "Oh, was that it?" because I offer a warm and engaging atmosphere that time seems to fly by (no more staring at the clock during math time!)
