I am a pretty easy-going person. I'm quite introverted but I consider it a strength because I think it helps with my ability to listen and problem solve. I like to sing and listen to music. I'm also a huge nerd and I'm a part of way too many fandoms such as Sherlock and Supernatural and Star Trek.
Experience
I've always found in my experience as a student that you know you've mastered a concept when you can teach it to others. And as someone who has gained that ability in many math concepts, I hope to be able to help others to achieve that same level of confidence in their skill that they can pass on their knowledge to others. As far as specific math classes go, in high school I took all the way up to AP Calc AB and got a 4 on the AP test. I also took a stats class last year at UCSC, and because of my major have a pretty good grasp on basic knowledge in that realm, so I have a lot of different aspects of math in my repertoire.
