Math Question: There are 2 red cars and 3 blue cars. There are 5 cars contain a total of 12 people. No car has more then 4 people. Every car has a least 1 person. The only cars with the same number of people is the red cars. How many people are in 1 red car?

You have 2 red cars and 3 blue cars, you have 12 people and no more than 4 can fit into one car, but each car has at least 1 person. Trial and error, I will start with 3 people in each red car being a total of 6. Now there are 6 left, so if each blue car has 2 people in each that would be a total of 6. 3 red + 3 red = 6, 2 blue + 2 blue + 2 blue = 6, 6 + 6 = 12 people
So there are 3 people in each red car and 2 people in each blue car.
