Hi Emma, Looks like you did not include the last part of your question! We need to know how many slices you want to give each guest. If it’s 1 then 2 pizzas with 16 slices will do, and you have 4 leftover. If it’s 2, then you need 24 slices for 12 people and 3 pizzas with 8 slices each will provide24 slices. Hope that helps! John
