Assume the bottle is a right cylinder with bases with radius "r" and height "h"
Then its volume is V= 3.14* r^2* h
V= 224cm^3=3.14*r^2*8.3cm
224cm^3 = 26.062cm*r^2
224cm^3/26.062cm= r^2
8.595cm^2= r^2
r= 2.93cm
