Slope Intercept looks like y = mx+b, so we have to undo everything around that y variable. Start with things being added or subtracted: -3y-2x+2x=2x+12 or -3y=2x+12. Now undo the multiplication: -3y/-3 = (2x+12)/-3 Distribute the division: y =-2/3x-4
So the line has a slope of -2/3, a y-intercept of (0,-4) and the equation is y=-2/3x-4
