Cost per bottle. Therefore cost/bottle.
Set 1: 3.79/6=.63
Side note, don’t forget to round each time to the nearest cent.
Set 2: 4.50/9=.50
Set 3: 6.89/12=.57
The second package (9-pack for $4.50) is the costs least per bottle.
