Not really, It is non zer or variable to the zero exponents is considered the nonzero or variable that cannot be change or multiplied by an exponent of zero so it remains the same number. or Stays the same since zero to the exponent is similar to just adding an amount by certain number of times. It is a bigger way of adding that groups the nonzero or variable to the exponent than just simply adding numbers.
